– Free Shipping (orders $50+): Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after shipping.

We offer a 15-day return policy from your delivery date if you’re not completely delighted with your candy haul! Simply email our candy experts at [email protected] to start the easy return process. We’ll provide refund or exchange options – because happiness should come in every package!

Oh no! We carefully package our candies to prevent damage, but sometimes shipping can be rough. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and your order number. We’ll make it right with replacements or a refund – because every candy deserves a happy ending!

Our Free Shipping on orders $50+ is already a sweet deal! For very large orders (think wedding candy buffets or major events), email our candy consultants at [email protected] – we might be able to whip up a special batch of savings for you!
