We know you’re eager to get your hands on those animal-shaped candies and Asian candy treats! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

Free Shipping (Orders $50+):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (like Halloween!) and for remote locations. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and certain remote areas.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want your candy experience to be as perfect as our bon bons! If something isn’t quite right with your balloon-shaped candies or butter candy treats, here’s how we’ll make it sweet again.

Our Return Promise

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. That’s enough time to sample all your bacon candy and burger-shaped goodies!

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unopened in their original packaging (just like we sent them)
  • In resalable condition (no melted brittle candy or squished bubble gum)
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order number

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bulk unwrapped candy (like loose bite-size pieces)
  • Opened packages of any candy
  • Personalized candy buffet items

📦 Return Process (Easy as Eating Candy Buttons!)

  1. Contact Us: Email our Candy Concierge at [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days (usually faster than shipping bulk candy favors!)
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, send your items to:

💸 Refund Information

Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (like sending the wrong bug-shaped candies).

🔄 Exchange Process

Want to swap your body parts candy for some bon bons instead? Follow the same process as returns, but specify what you’d like instead! We’ll ship your new treats once we receive the original items.
